The City of Angels experienced citywide festivities after the Los Angeles Dodgers clinched a thrilling seven-game World Series championship. Fans worldwide joined Angelenos in jubilation, marking the first time in a quarter-century that a team has achieved back-to-back championships.
Celebration Parade Attracts Enormous Turnout
Los Angeles area events featured a downtown parade on the morning of the parade, a ticketed rally at Dodger Stadium, and spontaneous parties throughout the city.
Online footage depict countless of Angelenos flooding city center avenues, many displaying homemade signs and team flags. The squad was seen traveling proudly on a open-top bus through the masses, raising the championship trophy high.

The parade route ended at the stadium, where the team emerged to the rapper’s “Not Like Us,” with DJ Mustard providing music and the artist driving a Pacific blue vintage Cadillac around the field.
